The only difference between a laptop and a pc is that the old laptop has windows 8 and much weaker components, and the new pc has windows 10 and powerful components. I have no idea why the audio on a computer with 16GB RAM and the 11th generation i5 is broken when on a laptop with 4GB RAM and the old i3 it runs without problems and with 0 latency.
